Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner:

  • Psychiatric Diagnostic Evaluation & Psychopharmacology
    • Our goal for your first visit is to better understand you, your past diagnoses, and what brings you to us so that we can create an individualized care plan that best meets your goals and addresses your symptoms. This first visit typically lasts an hour, during which we’ll discuss the plan of care and future visits.
    • Rebekah utilizes medications to assist patients in reaching their behavioral health goals. Before she prescribes a medication, she will help you understand how medications work and how long it may take to see results. Every person is unique, and one medication may not work for everyone, which is why we work with you through follow-up visits to discuss progress and side effects that arise.

Telehealth Services

We offer telehealth services across Kentucky because we believe everyone deserves easy access to mental health services. If you need telehealth visits instead of in-person visits, please let our office team know when you set up your first appointment. We want to ensure we explain how telehealth visits work and answer any questions you may have.

Brief Solution-Focused Therapy

Often, patients come in with specific concerns they would like Rebekah to treat, which is why we offer brief solution-focused therapy. The goal is to evaluate, treat, and diagnose you or your child. Evaluating our patients every three months is often a major component of our patient’s treatment plans.

It’s important to note that brief solution-focused therapy is not ongoing therapy. If you are seeking a therapist for ongoing treatment, we have psychologists on-site who specialize in trauma-related therapeutic approaches. We can refer you to a qualified professional for supportive talk therapy tailored to you or your child’s needs. Connect with our office team to learn more.

STD Screening

We understand that talking about your sexual health can be stressful or intimidating. Rebekah is happy to answer questions and discuss symptoms so that we can run the correct tests and discuss the right treatment plan for you.

Women’s Healthcare

We often work with patients concerned about reproductive and sexual health, including pregnancy and childbirth. Rebekah can diagnose and treat conditions affecting women’s physical, mental, and emotional health. If you’re looking for preventative care, we can also set up screenings and additional visits as you need.

Genetic Testing

Genetic testing offers unique insights into how a patient’s body processes certain medications. Your results can help guide Rebekah as she creates a treatment plan that is specifically tailored to you. She’ll gain insights into your unique genetic profile to reduce the trial-and-error process and interaction risk. If medication is a part of your treatment plan, talk with Rebekah to see if genetic testing may be right for you!

Sick Visits

If you’re feeling ill and cannot get in to see your primary physician, we offer sick visits to adults, children, and infants. We can treat common colds, acute or chronic illnesses, UTIs, earaches, and more. We can often get you on the same day as well!
